Collaboration protocol between ANPC and ANCOM

22 February 2018 - The president of the National Authority for Consumer Protection, Marcel Bogdan Pandelica, and the president of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), Sorin Mihai Grindeanu, have renewed the collaboration protocol for protecting the interests of the users of electronic communications and of postal services in Romania.

 
ANPC coordinates and establishes the Government strategy and policy in the field of consumer protection and takes action for preventing and fighting practices that endanger the consumers' life, health, security and economic interests.  Further information on the National Authority for Consumer Protection is available on www.anpc.gov.ro

Collaboration protocol between the Competition Council and ANCOM

 

5 August 2009 - The president of the Competition Council, Bogdan Chiriţoiu, and the president of the National Authority for Management and Regulation in Communications (ANCOM), Cătălin Marinescu, have signed a new collaboration protocol in view of fostering and promoting competition in the fields of electronic communications, audiovisual communications and postal services.
 
Competition Council is the body entrusted with protecting and stimulating competition, in order to ensure a normal competitive environment, with a view to promoting the consumers’ interests. Further information on the Competition Council is available on www.consiliulconcurentei.ro.
